Goal

To assist Age Concern NI become a more effective and sustainable NGO to better represent the interests of older people in Northern ireland. This implements some of the recommendations of a review of ACNI carried out by Atlantic in terms of leadership, management improvements, marketing and communications, lobbying and advocacy, and sustainability.
