Goal

To advance policies to protect human rights within the prison system; promote early intervention/prevention opportunities for children; protect their rights in the justice system; and shift the focus of crime policy and planning from punishment to prevention. This is a joint grant of the Children & Youth and Reconciliation & Human Rights programmes.
