Rewind – a Cantata for Voice and Testimony

Goal

To host a performance of Rewind, A Cantata for Voice Tape and Testimony – a musical and visual work by emerging composer Phillip Miller that dramatises the hearings of the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission – at the Baxter Theatre in Cape Town; and to produce a series of educational workshops around Rewind to promote public debate about the divisions of the past and to provide for closure and healing.
