Non-Profit Organisations Legal Support Project

Goal

To support the continuing work over a two-year period (2000-2001) of the Non-Profit Organisations (NPO) Legal Support Project (an activity of the LRC – the Legal Resources Centre) which seeks to promote good governance within the non-profit sector by providing sound legal advice to organisations on compliance with legislation governing the sector. The project also provides training in non-profit law and engages in lobbying to improve the institutional environment in which the sector operates.
