Goal
To assist the Legal Resources Centre in South Africa (LRC) through its associates the Legal Assistance Trust (UK) and the Legal Resources Trust (SA), to establish a Constitutional Litigation Unit whose purpose will be to use the new constitutional structure of South Africa to deal with the consequences of its apartheid past.
