To augment the housing capacity of the UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay through a transfer of Atlantic’s interest in the Bayside Village Apartments. (Note: The total transfer value was $69.4 million, of which $17.4 million was allocated to the Global Brain Health Institute in a separate grant.)
