South Africa: Thousands March for Better School Resources

More than 15,000 people marched in Cape Town on Monday to demand libraries, computer labs and other resources for township schools, many of which are vastly underequipped. Yoliswa Dwane, a spokeswoman for Equal Education, said that the government spent millions on the World Cup, but had not invested the same on basic education.
