Children’s Rights Alliance: Report Card 2016
Resource type: Research Report
Children’s Rights Alliance |
This eighth and latest Report Card gives the Irish Government an overall ‘C’ grade on its progress on the implementation of commitments to children under the Programme for Government 2011-2016. The assessment was done by an independent panel of experts.
This is the fourth consecutive year that the government has received the same grade from the Children’s Rights Alliance. The grade reflects a number of positive developments and a number of key areas within which the government continues to fail the most marginalized groups.
