To fund the secondment of four selected African graduates of the Faculty of Law at the University of Natal Durban (UND) to the postgraduate LLM degree programme at the Georgetown Law School in Washington, USA; and to employ them as contracted junior law lecturers at the UND Faculty for at least two years when they return.
