To provide the National Treasury Public Finance division specialist with international consultancy support to establish an effective National Health Insurance plan, including expert policy advice for budget analysis and financial projections in complex areas of the plan, such as sustainable funding mechanism, options for paying service providers, innovative approaches for sharing public and private resources, and efficient purchasing models (for medicine, equipment, etc.).
