Goal
To support the establishment of The Compact for Faculty Diversity, a cooperative effort of WICHE, the New England Board of Higher Education, and the Southern Regional Education Board. The Compact for Faculty Diversity is an initiative designed to increase the number of underrepresented minorities in graduate programs with the goal of expanding the pool of underrepresented minority faculty.
